INCIDENTS

— At 7:56 a.m. March 15, a man stole items from The Gold Center, 1033 Chestnut St., after using a rock to break the glass on the front door. He was described as black, in his 30s, with a medium build, wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.

INCIDENTS

— A man reported that on March 11, a group of men and women assaulted him inside El Vez, 121 S. 13th St., just after 11 p.m. The victim sustained a broken nose. He described the group only as Hispanic.

INCIDENTS 

— At 7:04 a.m. March 1, someone broke the front window of Fuel, 1225 Walnut St., and stole two cash registers. The investigation is ongoing.

INCIDENTS

— At 7:55 p.m. Feb. 13, a security guard for the Pennsylvania Convention Center reported that, while stationed at 1111 Market St., a woman became upset after a verbal dispute and threw a bottle at her. The bottle missed the victim but struck another person who was in the area. That person was not injured, and the suspect fled prior to the arrival of police.

INCIDENTS

— At 12:12 p.m. Feb. 7, a man used a demand note to attempt to rob the Royal Bank, 1230 Walnut St. The teller did not give him any money and he fled north on 13th Street. Later, police arrested a man for other bank robberies in the area and he also was suspected of this crime. Charges are pending.

INCIDENTS

— At 12:30 a.m. Jan. 23, a man walked into the Vintage Wine Bar at 129 S. 13th St. and pointed a black semi-automatic firearm at the bartender. The suspect handed a small bag over to the bartender and demanded he fill it with money. The employee complied, and the suspect fled in an unknown direction. He was described as black, between 25-35, 6-foot-2 to 6-foot-4, with a large build and a medium complexion, wearing dark pants, a red hooded sweatshirt with white writing across the chest and dark gloves.

INCIDENTS

— At 11 p.m. Jan. 21, a woman reported being attacked, kicked and punched by an unknown group of black women inside Woody’s Bar, 202 S. 13th St. The victim sustained a laceration above her right eye that required stitches.

INCIDENTS

— At 1:30 a.m. Jan. 4, two males approached a woman walking along the 200 block of South Camac Street and they told her to give them everything she had. They then went through her purse and took $12, and fled on foot. No description was provided.
